Curtis Walker

Originally from West Palm Beach, FL, but raised in Hempstead NY, I have journeyed in this life with a myriad of experiences, both good and bad. My life is a testimony that if you can believe it, you can achieve it.

I was incarcerated for 19 years,. Today I work for a Fortune 500 company, enjoy summers on my boat, drive two cars, I don't live check to check, and I am purchasing a home. Those things don't matter as much as my life trends in a positive direction, and I have impact on the lives of others through work, community, government, church, and college.

Approximately 7 years ago I stepped off the bus with the clothes I was wearing as my only worldly possessions, having zero dollars, zero credit, no housing, and no job. Today, I am standing here as a man who believed that if you just take it one step at a time, with God all things are possible.
