Bio

Cosette “CoCo” Leary loves to live out loud! She is a jubilant Speaker, Professional Coach, Author, and Educator who has overcome a childhood of poverty and abuse, raised four children through hard work and painful decisions, and has gone from surviving off of welfare benefits to earning her University Degree in, Public Administration graduating with the highest honor of, Summa Cum Laude while serving as a staff member in both a Senatorial and Congressional office. Ms. Leary pulled herself out of poverty in order to show others how to do the same. She exists in order to breathe life back into impoverished communities, rekindle relationships across economic class lines and empower women.

The Real Connection

I developed this interactive diversity presentation from the perspective that real diversity begins where we are standing inside our personal four walls.

I have often heard the phrase, "Having the real conversation" that can only take place when we allow for our differences to be honestly addressed and the connection of our similarities to be welcomed at the door.

Who are you? I will ask that question again, who are you? Are you your life's titles of Mother, Father, Wife, Husband, Partner,sister, brother, dedicated employee, gifted world changer to name a few.

Hmmmmm, but who are you on the inside who is that inner child inside you that still has your power of ZOOM! Let's bring the imagination of your red cape out so that you can fly again BOOM BABY!
