As Founder, CEO, and Award Winning Master Business Coach of RED Development Group, Collette has proven that her entrepreneurial roots run deep. It is these roots that have helped her to take her company from $0 revenue to more than 6 figures in just 9 months.

With nearly 30 years of experience as a Fractional Chief Operating Officer, Master Business Coach, and Strategist, she has helped business leaders and entrepreneurs build sustainability, agility, and profitability. Her work hasn't gone unnoticed. RED Development Group was nominated for a D CEO award placing in the same category as Wingstop and Pepsi Co.
