"Your committing career suicide!" Those were the last words I heard from my supervisor as I walked out of my high paying corporate job to pursue my 'why' in life.

After having a life scare, my passion and priorities became clear. I set out on a journey that was harder than I ever expected. There was so much I needed to learn and unlearn. Some much more trial and tribulation than I imagined.

I have been blessed to coach and train thousands of professionals people over the years. I have coached hundreds of athletes. Those experiences along with my own have given me learnings, stories

and insights that inspire the people I work with today.
