LEADERSHIP SKILLS FOR OUR NEW REALITY - How to Inspire the Best Performance from your Team

As we evolve through the pandemic and navigate hybrid work arrangments it is a leader’s responsibility to elicit the best from their teams. This evolving reality demands new leadership skills such as showing up differently, thinking differently, and acting with greater consciousness and intent. Failing to see and respond to each other’s humanity is no longer an option.

EXPANDING INCLUSIVITY - Practical and Comfortable Ways to Respect Neurodiversity

Did you know that one in five people are considered neurodiverse? The term includes "disorders" such as autism, ADHD, and dyslexia, but also the trait of Sensory Processing Sensitivity. People with high sensitivity have been shown to perform better but burn out faster than other workers. Explore the challenges and superpowers of the neurodiverse and learn strategies to spark conversation and invite not only the best from the most but the most from the best. Taking steps to be more inclusive is not only a moral imperative, it simply makes business sense.

PRODUCTIVITY CPR™ - Boost Capacity to Maximize Performance

With a 2017 Gallup poll revealing that most employees are not engaged or worse, actively disengaged, concerns arise around lost productivity and the high costs of turnover. But it doesn’t have to be this way. In this modern-day antidote to burnout learn what you and your workforce need to enter a state of "flow" through Productivity CPR™, a model for sustainable performance, so everyone in your organization can make their biggest contributions.

THE HIGH COST OF CLUTTER - Why it Pays to Be Organized

Physical disorganization leads to mental disorganization, draining energy from important tasks, evoking chronic stress and often leading to feelings of failure. This is on top of wasted time, space, money and energy. Good news! There is a simple path towards creating greater order in life. Through real-life examples, be inspired to conquer clutter and step into a more confident, calm, easeful life. Have your team “pay themselves forward” so they can spend more time on things that matter.

Instead of time management, go a little deeper and dive into LifeTime Management, a repeatable process for regularly planning your life. Figure out where you are, where you want to go, and how to develop an action plan that will get you there. Be in charge of you!
