Through her company Billingsley Consulting Group, a training and communications firm, she helps businesses, associations, and educational institutions grow. Previously, Claire held leadership and management positions with Sylvan Learning Systems, FASTSIGNS International, and TONI&GUY Hairdressing Academy. With more than 20 years of business experience, she learned the strategies and skills necessary to lead, manage, and motivate employees all over the world.

She has been a radio show host and authored the book, Circle Up! Creating a Culture of Fun and Productivity through the Lens of Improvisational Comedy, along with a score of training manuals.
Claire is a Certified Franchise Executive through the International Franchise Association and a trained executive business coach. She is Chairman of the Board at The University of North Texas Professional Leadership Program, College of Business, where she also mentors students. She volunteers at Tango Tab, making sandwiches for the homeless, but also finds time to enjoy networking, performing improv, reading and journaling, exercising, dancing, listening to music, sports, and eating out.
