The model is called BRAVE and at its core, are 5 virtues that I believe are badly needed in the leaders of today and tomorrow. Benevolence, Respect, Authenticity, Vulnerability and Emotional Consciousness.
In my consultant businesses with Dragonfly Insights and Esséré, I use deeply human experiential learning techniques to bring these virtues to life in leaders and in organizations. The result is a growing sense of trust and belonging within the culture of these organizations.
