My expertise in human trafficking, missing persons, & special victims investigations was developed through formal education & a quarter century of public service. I have been a solider, federal agent, & state special investigator. My last decade of public service was as the state special investigations liaison to San Antonio police department special victims unit. One of my accomplishments was authoring a protocol for Texas child services response to youth missing from foster care. In 2016 I left public service to dedicate my time to the fast-growing issues related to human trafficking. I provide my clients with training, consulting, & investigative services. I also volunteer my time to agencies & organizations that are creating models that will provide comprehensive solutions for exploitation survivors. I am dedicated to increasing public awareness while assisting organizations that are beginning to prioritize time & resources addressing the rapidly growing issue of modern day slavery. I have had the honor of laying the ground work for governmental & NGO partners to create the first 24/7 non-detention emergency facility for runaway, street, & trafficked youth. I am now providing my services to help other NGO partners to open a transitional housing, treatment, & vocational training shelter for adult human trafficking victims. I provide advocacy, quality training, professional presentations, and investigative services.
