With 25+ years experience in sales and executive management in technology companies , Christie knows how to drive a successful sales team in the midst of the day-to-day chaos and tension of running a business.

With 25+ years experience leading sales and marketing teams in up and coming technology companies, Christie knows how to drive a successful sales team in the midst of the day-to-day chaos and tension of running a business. Based on her experience, she recognized three cornerstone activities that contribute to successfully taking an individual or team to the next level of performance: Sound strategy supported by targeted training and reinforced with on-going coaching. At iCore Strategy, Christie specializes in helping teams uncover and develop each of these cornerstones as it relates to their business.

As training facilitator, strategist, coach and speaker, Christie has earned her reputation as a valuable asset to her clients, audiences and those she coaches. She specializes in helping small businesses and their owners.

Christie rose through the sales ranks to become Director of Strategic accounts at Arecont Vision, VideoIQ and Integral Technologies. She served as VP of Sales and Marketing for 3xLOGIC and is now President of her own company, iCore Strategy.

As a Gitomer Certified Advisor, Christie facilitates courses based on the work of best-selling author Jeffrey Gitomer. As co-host of The Why and The Buy podcast series, she interviews thought leaders and innovators in sales and small business while also sharing her experience in the same arenas.

Christie is a professional member of the National Speakers Association and holds a B.A. degree in Economics from Emory University.
