However, he quickly tired of the corporate world and, catching the ‘entrepreneurial bug,’ started his own mobile detailing business, which he ran for several years. Through his hands-on experience, Saab observed a recurring challenge faced by local entrepreneurs: finding and retaining reliable staff. Determined to offer a solution, he founded CPG Recruitment, a company specializing in connecting businesses with top-tier talent.
