Police sergeant supervising other officers, leading investigations, and worked with others to develop local and regional crime prevention programs.

Command Sergeant Major in NH National Guard who changed the culture in the Directorate of Logistics to become supportive of unit training needs, and worked to implement new training mission at Regional Training Institute.

Raised two great, successful adult children with my wonderful wife.

Started a consulting and training company focusing on leadership skills for new leaders in small and medium-sized organizations.

Foundations of Leadership

Leadership is based on influence. Understanding how to develop influence is critical for supervisors at all levels. This course help new and veteran leaders understand how to align behaviors with organizational goals and values. Leaders that operate within the guiding principals develop more influence, trust, and achieve more success in the long term that those operating outside organizational values or counter to the organization's goals.
