Dr. Chris Searles dually board-certified family physician and psychiatrist and a clinical professor in the Departments of Family Medicine & Public Health, and Psychiatry at the University of California, San Diego (UCSD). For over ten years, he has served as the director of the Professional Boundaries Program at UCSD Physician Assessment & Clinical Education (PACE) and he also maintains a busy practice as a physician and executive mentor in the UCSD PACE Physician Enhancement Program.
He has a passion for enhancing organizational culture and engagement with expertise in a wide array of topics:
