Chris Janota

Mr. Janota is the founder of Envoy Wealth Management LLC where he is responsible for the continued growth and innovation of the firm’s holistic wealth management and aligning wealth practices with tailored investment management.

Prior to starting Envoy, Mr. Janota worked as a Director of Investments and Financial Advisor at several locations in the Chicagoland and Northwest Indiana area, where he served as the advisor to individuals/families and small business owners of all investment and net worth levels. Chris has extensive experience managing the wealth and affairs of those whose needs range from financially simple to complex.

Mr. Janota started his career in financial services back in 2005 and has been working with financial advisory clients since 2010. He began his advising career in Frankfort, IL where he co-managed investment management and day-to-day processes with another advisor. During his time, Mr. Janota has utilized a specialized approach, delivering a broad range of wealth advisory services to his clients, with a concentration in retirement planning, estate planning, and investment management.

Chris earned his Bachelor of Science Degree in Economics from Northern Illinois University. Mr. Janota holds multiple registrations in the securities and licenses in the insurance industry and he is an active voice for further expansion of access to financial advice at all age levels.

Chris resides in Northwest Indiana. In his personal time, Chris enjoys reading books, cooking, watching baseball, studying history, golfing (poorly), and spending time with his fiancée Megan.
