Christopher Bicourt was born and raised in London, England. There he grew and developed many interests throughout his life. Some of his favorite pastimes through middle school included coding, reading science fiction and fantasy adventure books, and climbing trees. In time that creative nature leaned towards music, music production, and script writing. He spent some time in High School as MC Drama, making appearances at open mic nights across the country. It was a growing passion to use his creativity daily. Along the way he also thrived as a young mathematician, a young game coder, and enjoyed playing basketball. For a young man, these were significant accomplishments.
They pale in comparison to what he went on to build for himself as an adult.
Endeavoring to find a career that combined all the things he enjoyed took him to seek a degree from Ravensbourne College of Design and Communications. While there Christopher was able to participate in and develop a number of projects, documentaries, and music videos. Some of these projects were featured through major outlets such as MTV and The Box, on behalf of a Birmingham Hip Hop Group. He also found accolades showered upon him after the development of the documentary "A Kenya Wedding" showcasing a traditional wedding in Kenya with more than 3000 in attendance. Once he obtained his bachelors degree in Professional Broadcasting, Chris discovered he wasn't satisfied with one degree.
In university he obtained a bachelors degree in languages, focus on English and Spanish. This inspired him to experience more of what the world had to offer. Chris chose to move from the United Kingdom to Brazil. Living in Brazil for three years meant he had the opportunity to learn the language, culture, and develop new experiences. One of those new experience opportunities was a job as a Tour Guide. In this role he planned 18 to 22 day excursions across Latin American. As he contributed to and eventually developed his plans he kept in mind all of the expected tourist locations, but weaved in many unexpected folklore and historical locations as well. The variety kept his guests entertained, led Chris to be challenged to find new and exciting places, as well as opened the door to more opportunities. It was an enjoyable venture that he continued operating as when he moved on to Cuba for a few years.
A new challenge arose that eventually drew him home. By the time he returned home he was confidently fluent in both Brazilian Portuguese and Spanish. Being multilingual would go on to help him many times through the years. He also developed organizational, communication, and an assortment of other skills that would go on to benefit his career. The challenging adventure was well worth it.
