I just happened to be there when they bought it (a half billion dollars worth.) People also don't care how much you know. What they want first is to know how much you care. Are you in their life to help solve their problems or are you simply adding to them? If the going gets tough, are you the single most important person they can rely on? Are you real and authentic? People today want other people to see them, not as they are, but how they wish to be seen. The real person, the real you however, is the one that holds the emotional attachment to them. Let them see the real, authentic you. This is the one they really want to get to know. Though they may make important decisions with heads, they buy you with their hearts.
