With a Master’s in Education and extensive experience as a teacher, she has been at the forefront of leveraging technology to revolutionise the way teachers develop professionally and how students engage with learning content.
Cherith is the founder of Digitisd, an EdTech startup dedicated to empowering educators and institutions through innovative digital solutions. Her expertise spans the intersection of technology, teacher training, and entrepreneurship. She has been involved in various initiatives aimed at improving education access and quality in under-resourced communities, emphasising the need for technology-driven solutions in Africa’s education system.
In addition to her entrepreneurial work, Cherith has served as a mentor for novice and newly qualified teachers and has been a guest lecturer at several institutions. She has also spoken at numerous conferences on the role of EdTech in education reform, teacher development, and the future of learning in Africa.
