Since 2016, Chelsea has been inspiring diverse audiences that range from High School Students to CEOs to home-schooling Moms at Women Conferences. Prior to moving to Arizona in 2019, Chelsea spent almost 20 years in Washington, DC working in the events industry and in government. She was afforded rare opportunities that allowed her to travel extensively, manage and organize high level events from local concerts to White House Press Conferences, mostly serving behind the scenes, but always with gratitude. She decided that it was time to come out from the background and emerge to encourage, uplift and build up today's leader. Her stories of perseverance and achieving her dreams amidst challenging circumstances has inspired hundreds. Her passion, professional and charismatic demeanor draws her audience in as she encourages them to embrace every season of their journey through the application of counter-cultural strategies. She released her debut book “ Now Why Would I Do That?”in July 2021!
