My passion is to help others develop their leadership skills and personal growth in order to be all they can be in their lives. I have been a student of leadership all my life in all areas of life. I have recently become a part of The John Maxwell Team to further my personal growth and learn how to add value to others helping them in their personal growth journey. It is my hope to grow this area of influence in my life in the areas of Coaching, Speaking, and Leadership Training while adding value to others intentionally along the way.
I have been involved, since 1985 in mission work to the nation of Jamaica, focusing primarily on congregations located around the town of Oracabessa. Mission work both internationally and domestically is a focus in my Christian service. For many years my passion has been to work with young people, spending time with them and training them to be leaders in the church both today and in the future. I am seeking ways to help adults as well to be better leaders in the church in order for the legacy of the church to be continued for generations to come.
