  • Chantaie Allick is an exceptional writer, speaker, facilitator and changemaker. As the co-founder of Re-Work, she has revolutionized the ways we define our relationship with work. From the beginning, Chantaie and Re-Work provided me with the context, community, and resources to create a life where work was an element of my experience and not the nucleus of it. Through storytelling, group discussions, interactive activities, self-reflection exercises, and a roadmap to a bold, integrated life, Re-Work helped me get still, connect to my inner voice, prioritize rest, engage in creative exploration, and define a future that spoke to every element of who I am as a person. Chantaie Allick is a generous storyteller, using her own experience to ensure that we feel less alone, and a courageous collaborator, creating the space where we feel safe to share openly. I cannot recommend Chantaie and Re-Work enough - both for individuals looking to create a future with meaning and purpose and for organizations committed to ensuring that their people thrive in all aspects of their lives. Chantaie and Re-Work remind me that we are more than what we do, and there is simply no greater gift.

  • Re-Work was a really unique workshop experience with the combination of content (psychology-based) and data (research-based) that was presented. Chantaie is an inspiring and motivating facilitator who focuses not just on sharing insight, but making it all feel personalized and actionable. The Re-Work equation was really great to be able to distill the information and allow you to walk away with tangible tools and applications. The Re-Work secret sauce is really rooted in the insight (my interpretation) that human talent/capital is being utilized by old ways of working that lead to burnout and unsustainable business practices. Re-Work focuses on the individual's relationship with work and challenges you to be more conscious and considerate in how you choose to engage with work.

  • Re-Work’s facilitation was some of the best I’ve experienced - thoughtful, practical, and deeply engaging. Their format made it easy to participate meaningfully, even from a shared workspace. I walked away with real tools and insights I’ve already started applying. I left feeling hopeful about what’s possible when organizations make space for conversations like these. The main reason I’d recommend Re-Work is because they make meaningful change feel doable. Their sessions are designed to spark the kinds of cultural conversations that help people and teams truly thrive. If you're looking to create cultural change that actually sticks, Re-Work is the team to do it.
