A Certified Trainer (Kenya Institute of Human Resource Management), Founder, and Lead Trainer at the leading public speaking training firm in the region – CCL Group (www.publicspeaking.co.ke), I began training professionals to master and leverage the art of Public speaking in 1999, as a trainer of trainers event for Family Health International (FHI).

I hold a Head of State Commendation (from President Mwai Kibaki), a Kenyatta University Outstanding Award and an Eve Woman of the Year Award among others. To my name are three books - Caroline Verses, Play Your Drum and Love Only. Having presented my work in fifteen countries in America, Africa, Europe and Asia, I have now specialised in writing for and presenting at social and corporate functions. A Certified Behaviour Analyst/Consultant for Business (Institute of Motivational Living –USA), I went into full-time coaching in 2009.
