It is my mission to help empower and inspire my clients to live an amazing life. With the right tools, techniques, and guidance, I believe everyone can attain their goals – whether that’s building self-worth, overcoming fears & anxieties, coping with big life-changes, creating successful relationships, or habit control such as weight management or smoking cessation.

Inspired by my own positive personal experience with hypnotherapy, I find immense joy and satisfaction in being able to facilitate creative and effective hypnotherapy sessions for my clients. I use a combination of hypnosis and other therapeutic modalities to help my clients achieve their ‘aha’ moments and the results they want.

I earned my diploma in Clinical Hypnotherapy and graduated with honors from the Hypnosis Motivation Institute (HMI), the nation’s first federally accredited college of hypnotherapy. Additionally, I am a Certified Practitioner of Neuro-Linguistic Programming, Therapeutic Imagery Master, and Certified Transformational Trainer & Speaker.
