Bio

Carlena "CJ" Jefferson-Sims is owner of Brickhaus3, a talent development consulting firm and a Program Manager at Autodesk within the Manager Enablement team. Though her top strengths — strategic, arranger, maximizer, relator, positivity, and learner — she draws on both the technology and business sides of her brain to strategically develop the best programs in the areas of talent acquisition, talent management, leadership and learning development. She is result-oriented and an admirer of the journey in getting from here to there.

CJ has a bachelor's degree in Information Systems Technology and a master's degree in Organizational Leadership. She is also a certified ATD Master Trainer. She has been a board member for a number of organizations and gives back to her profession and community as often as she can.
