Born and raised in small town Alberta, I was quick to learn that I wanted a career in the Human Services sector. Over the last 13 years, I have worked at every level in an organization, discovering that what I am truly passionate about is being able to help industry leaders in understanding how to develop their business model into their staffing model while building a culture that they wanted. I began consulting with Non profits and Not-for-Profits around staffing models, strategic alignment, and cultural dynamics in the workplace. In my spare time I enjoy spending time with my niece and nephews, working on a new embroidery project, and reading.
