After 3 years and 14 fertility treatment cycles Cara became pregnant with triplets, had a complicated high risk pregnancy, gave birth to premature twins and struggled with a difficult postpartum recovery. As an infertility coach, she supports women through the emotional, physical, and spiritual turmoil and trauma from infertility and pregnancy/postpartum after infertility. With 20+ years of experience in the wellness industry as a licensed massage therapist, nationally certified continuing education provider, licensed esthetician, and certified integrative wellness life coach specializing in fertility, pregnancy, & postpartum bodywork, skincare, & coaching, Cara brings a unique approach to her infertility coaching practice using her personal & professional experience and training.
