Cal presents keynote speeches, half- and full-day seminars and workshops on a variety of topics including Effective Resume Writing, Interviewing Skills for the 21st Century, Implementing an effective Individual Development Plan (IDP), Career Development and Goal Setting, and how to obtain a General Services Administration (GSA) Multiple Award Schedule contracts and how to market to the federal government. Cal combines leadership and communication skills with personal professional development, presenting custom-designed speeches and workshops for business, educations, military and governmental organizations. Cal is very knowledgeable in marketing to civilian and military agencies. Cal worked in the public and private sectors with such organizations as Ford Motor Company, United States Air Force Reserves and United States General Services Administration.
