An experienced Infantry Officer in the British Army, I deployed several times across my eight year and led multiple teams of different sizes. I left in 2022 to found the Inside Edge People. A performance consultancy that specialises in building resilient and unified cultures for scaling and aspirational businesses.

I bring the experiences and support that I gained in my military career into the workplace. I focus on building: physiologically and psychologically resilient individuals; Leaders and managerswho can communicate and demonstrate values; and cultures which have clear direction and enable high performance.
