I have practiced law for over 25 years in the areas of federal and civil litigation, criminal defense, business litigation, and alternative dispute resolution.
Prior to forming my own law firm in Rochester, NY in 2004, I had the privilege of working for Gallo & Iacovangeleo, LLP in Rochester, NY. I also worked for the international accounting firm Deloitte & Touche, LLP.
I was appointed a Court Arbitrator and Mediator for the Rochester City Court.
I have made TV and radio appearances in Rochester, NY, Watertown, NY and Springfield, MA addressing a variety of civil litigation cases.
Volunteer work is important to me. Currently, I volunteer with the American Red Cross, H.U.M. Homeless Outreach, and I serve on the Board of Directors for ACTNOW!, a Non-Profit that provides education services to victims of domestic violence.
