One New Skill Will Change Your Life

This session will give you 3 simple steps you can implement to learn and master any skill. Participants will leave with an increased confidence in their capacity to transform their own lifes. They will learn how to choose a skill set that best serves their goal. And participants will have a strategy for continued personal/professional development for the rest of their lives.

First we will take inventory on the skills you already have. Participants will reflect on their experiences and knowledge and learn how to use them to achieve their goals.

Second we will discuss the pursuit of mastery and the passion paradox. In parallel we will explore the concept of imposter syndrome and the dunning kruger effect. This portion focuses on achieving excellence in their life or business.

Lastly application of these skills and the mastery of their skill(s) is transformative. Here we will create an action plan for their lives and the lives of any one they may come in contact with.
