The Secret to Lasting Change

Oprah often quotes Maya Angelou, saying that “when we know better, we do better.” But that’s not always true. Even with all the information in the world, change is still hard. In this session, participants will learn the 4 reasons most habit change doesn’t last, and what to do instead so that they can embrace a new way of being with confidence.

Amplify Your Resilience

Stress is unavoidable and burnout is very real. The demands on our time and energy aren’t slowing down. In this session, I will share proven methods for increasing resilience – reducing stress while increasing energy, clarity of mind and focus. Participants will walk away with practical tools to help curb their stress response and meet the challenges of the day.

Overcoming Perfectionism

Perfectionism leads to reduced productivity and increased conflict. In this session, participants will learn concrete ways to be gentler with themselves and others, creating harmonious relationships and improved outcomes. Embracing a growth mindset will allow participants to learn from their mistakes and move forward without becoming paralyzed by self-judgment.

How to Say No Without Feeling Guilty

So many people fall into the habit of saying “yes” to everyone and everything, regardless of the stress it causes them. Over time, this leads to decreased productivity, resentment, and disengagement. In this session, participants will understand what keeps them stuck in this pattern, and emerge feeling empowered to set healthy boundaries so that they can avoid burnout.

Lighten Your Load

If your commitments are starting to drag you down, it’s time to Lighten Your Load. In this session, participants will learn how to deal with what’s draining them in 5 simple steps so that they can reclaim their time and energy. It’s a light-hearted, creative workshop to help people think outside the box and free themselves up for greater productivity and motivation. A fresh perspective is energizing.

Self-Care Made Simple

Self-care can feel like a big ordeal, and it’s often the first thing to go when we’re busy. In this session, participants will learn four simple self-care strategies that can be done in 10 minutes or less so that it can fit into the tightest of schedules. Even when you can’t seem to balance your schedule, you can balance your mind and your nervous system - and that changes everything.
