Brien Convery

Brien Convery is a purpose-driven, people-centric executive with decades of global transformational change and values-based leadership experience in varying disciplines and multiple industries including Consumer Products, Technology, Management Consulting Services, Federal Government, Human Resources, Financial Services and Banking, Construction, Real Estate and Higher Education as an Executive in Residence for the University of Toronto, Scarborough.

As a talent executive, published thought leader, TEDx speaker, and podcaster of his own show, #CoffeeWithConvery on Spotify, Brien has dedicated his career to elevating equity, activating diversity and leading inclusively. His unique approach, blending creativity and innovation, has garnered recognition as a powerful voice and advocate for positive and impactful change.

He has received numerous honors, awards and accolades for his work and passion in the fields of talent acquisition, talent development and leadership and has been featured in numerous publications, books and magazines.

Beyond his professional endeavors, Brien actively participates in charitable initiatives, volunteers his time on boards of post-secondary institutions and advocates for human rights and social action with the 519, Rainbow Railroad and the ALS Association of Greater New York.

Brien is a graduate of The University of Hartford, Connecticut holding a Bachelor of Science Degree in Business Administration, Management and Operations.
