Brian Harman

Brian M Harman is focused on helping people have more fun at work! He is an exciting speaker, professor, and writer with 15 years of experience in global business leadership and management. He completed his MBA at Pepperdine University and then traveled abroad to study global enterprise management at the University of Oxford. Currently, Brian is a PhD scholar working around the world, most recently in Peru, Mexico, China, India, and the UK. He brings a fun approach to adult learning and work where he enjoys making a difference. Brian has worked with industry leading firms such as BrightView and BioMarin. In 2018, Brian won San Francisco’s Professional of the Year award from the Institute of Supply Management (ISM). He loves to teach at UC Berkeley because it's a great responsibility that keeps him sharp and witty in the professional world. As a Lean Six Sigma Black Belt, he believes that emotional intelligence and process excellence are pillars to success.
