Bio

Brent Tadsen is a keynote speaker, entrepreneur and C-suite consultant with over 25 years of experience helping people and organizations reach their full potential. Known for his ability to engage the audience, Brent empowers professionals to understand and apply complex ideas by breaking them down into simple concepts.

After completing his degree in Mechanical engineering at the University of Notre Dame on a congressional scholarship, Brent became a combat engineer officer in the United States Army. There he honed his skills on leadership, planning, and the importance of communication. During his time in the Army Brent was a certified parachutist, graduated #1 in his Sapper School (the engineer equivalent to Ranger school) class and he was awarded four Army Commendation Medals, three Army Achievement Medals.

Post military, Brent joined General Electric where he had roles ranging across New Product Development, Sourcing, Continuous Improvement, and Industry Relationship Management. At GE he earned his Lean Six Sigma Green Belt, Black Belt, and Master Black Belt. Since leaving GE, he has founded three companies and completed his MBA at Northwestern’s Kellogg School of Management. He has also completed numerous AI and Machine Learning certifications from Meta, Google, Microsoft, and DeepLearningAI.

Today, Brent is recognized as a top corporate trainer and speaker. He has worked with over 100 companies in 7 different countries. His clients range from small family-owned businesses to one of the biggest tech companies in Silicon Valley. His talks leverage his unique ability to make complex topics simple and easy. He speaks on a variety of topics including: Artificial Intelligence, leadership, communication, business strategy, and effective selling. He is engaging, humorous, and interactive.
