GLOBAL MEMBERSHIP CHAIR - ENTREPRENEURS’ ORGANIZATION (EO)

Responsible for the health and growth of EO, a global non-profit organization, whose mission is to engage leading entrepreneurs to learn and grow. As of 2018, the organization is made up of over 13,000 members is 57 countries. Prior to this role I doubled the organization’s Accelerator program to 72 programs worldwide, and growing.

This is the book I wish I could have read early in my career. It’s a book of simple concepts and lessons that reveal what motivates and provides tactics for making that motivation a core part of living your ideal life.

Placed top 20 percent of racers in the Louisville Ironman 140.6 in August 2013. Ironman consists of 2.4 mile swim, 112 mile bike and 26.2 mile run, completed consecutively in less than 17 hours.

Goal Setting and Alignment with Simple Tools Anyone Can Use

We’ve all heard goal setting presentations before. But how many times have you heard one, left motivated, and then after a week completely forgot the lessons that were taught? This workshop will ensure 1 week after the presentation you have systems in place to help keep you on track. We will explore various tools and resources to keep your goals in sight and help you stay focused on achieving what you set out to achieve.

How to Be a Self-Sustaining Startup

If you are planning to grow a business without investor money or are seeking to get to a cash flow positive position while growing your startup, let’s explore the strategies and tools today’s successful entrepreneurs are using. As the Global Chair of EO Accelerator, I helped build the curriculum and systems that helped over 3000 entrepreneurs grow and scaled their businesses. This workshop won’t be a show and tell, but a work and grow.

How to Build an Awesome Life and Life it On Your Terms

When I published Shut Up and Go!: A Millennials Guide To Figuring Out What You Want And How To Get It, it was the book I wish I had when I graduated college. This workshop explores several of the building blocks of the book and is delivered in workshop format so that people leave with implementable plans, ideas, and resources to start building the life they want to live.

Entrepreneurship: How to Win Through Failing Forward

Entrepreneurship is about trying, failing, winning, and learning. It’s not a direct set of actions, but a continuous push to improve, grow, and adapt. This presentation walks entrepreneurs through stories and lessons that will help to inspire, teach, and give practical action steps for how to stay motivated and focused throughout your entrepreneurial journey.

Millennial Entrepreneurship

I started my first business in college and have never worked for anyone professionally, but myself. Becoming an entrepreneur isn’t hard, it just takes someone showing you the tools and resources available to help you get started. This workshop will look at core concepts like Blue Ocean Strategy, Business Model Canvas, and Minimum Viable Product. We will discuss the phases of entrepreneurship from ideation to growth and sustainability. Participants will leave with actionable steps and work completed toward building a business that supports their dreams.

Engagement: The Secret to Managing a Millennial Workforce

Managing and leading successfully is all about your ability to engage the people you work with. Engaged people are motivated and care about helping achieve the team’s goal. This presentation and workshop will walk through tools, reources, and strategies to maintain a high level of engagement with your team.

Managing a Remote Team

My first company was a Remote Management Training Company. I traveled all over the United States teaching managers in companies how to manage people they couldn’t see. The focus of these workshops are how to adapt current best known management practices like giving praise, running meetings, identifying coaching opportunities, and building accountability systems. Participants of this workshop and presentation will leave with actionable steps to better manage their remote teams and will see changes in results immediately with these simple tips, tricks, and resources.

LinkedIn Training

LinkedIn is a powerful tool that is often underutilized by sales team. This interactive workshop helps salespeople learn the benefits of leveraging LinkedIn to develop leads and nurture prospects. We walk through different profile best practices, discuss how to build lead lists, generate referrals, and prospect through various groups. LinkedIn is a powerful tool when property applied and can be a good source of new business development for salespeople when property utilized.
