Audry Bron is a Diversity, Equity, Inclusion and Global Communication expert at Bontekoning and Bron. Next to that she is also a Diversity, Inclusion and Anti-Racism trainer. Audry draws her inspiration in D&I from her lived experiences and 15 years of experience working in multicultural and multidisciplinary teams. She holds a BSc in International Business and Languages and a double Master of Arts in the studies Management of Cultural Diversity and Global Communication, which she completed to deepen her knowledge in D&I. Audry’s ultimate goal in life is to help organizations create diverse and inclusive environments where people can be their authentic best selves and have a sense of belonging. Audry has a bi-cultural and multilingual background. At the age of 5, she and her family migrated from their birth country Suriname to the Netherlands as political asylum seekers, where she has been living as a Dutch national ever since.
Having worked in Dutch and international companies in spider in the web positions, Audry noticed how vital inclusion and the feeling of belonging are for the employees' well-being and how this impacts the performance and the creative-power of individuals, teams, and organizations as a whole.
