Bio

I'm a copywriter, who started her own business when the pandemic hit. I was making profit within six months.

My company provides:

Direct response copy

Content creation

My clients are women all over the world. I help to give them an authentic brand voice, with the voice they already have. Their own.

My business partner and I are committed to empowering women to start their own businesses, no matter their backgrounds or past experiences.

As a theatre performer who has made the move successfully into the entrepreneurial space, I have navigated the murky waters of imposter syndrome and self-doubt.

I grew up poorer than poor (we're talking PO here, people), I was the child of an alcoholic, and I'm the survivor of an abusive marriage. I know the signs of the vicious cycle. I also know that when you reach the breaking point and say enough is enough, that's when you start to smash the world with your spectacular awesomeness. You don't need permission.

Diversity is not Inclusion

How would your organisation transform if the output of your women doubled? Tripled? What would it mean if - instead of operating from a place of exhaustion, shame and anger - women were performing from a place of joy? And everyone was performing with more humanity?

In this keynote delivery, no limits exist - Ashleigh's childhood abuse, and subsequent rage and poor life choices, underpin an exploration of how being excluded affects performance and delivery.

The audience will leave with:

✔ A practical framework to identify gender bias

✔ A new perspective on the soft skills required to effectively enter into dialogue about gender bias

✔ An instantly-applicable action plan that empowers them to improve inclusive behaviours to strengthen the organisation

✔ A £ value of every woman in your organisation when they're performing at their peak, calculated for you

Raise Your Voice

As a copywriter, Ashleigh knows the power of stepping into your voice. When your voice is coming from a place of deep self-acceptance, whole-heartedness, and radical authenticity something beautiful starts to happen - and you begin to grow fans.

This keynote takes the principles of conversion copywriting and brand voice, and empowers the audience to weave stories of resilience and opportunity into their organisations.

Ashleigh's EP(i)C framework breaks down what leaders, managers, and team members need to know to confidently craft marketing strategies for 2022.

The audience will leave with:

✔ A new perspective of empathy in marketing

✔ Persuasion skills and techniques to leverage in content creation, copywriting, and other sales situations

✔ Actionable tips that will lead to marketing strategies that convert a prospect from Point A to Point Buyer.
