Bio

Born in India and having travelled around much of Europe and Asia, I believe Communication has sound principles that can bring people together. I have a long history as an award-winning University Lecturer with At-risk Youth, International Students and Adult Learners, was a Public Speaking and Debating Captain in high school and continued this passion throughout college and beyond.

I now live and work in the Silicon Vally region with Executives, Entrepreneurs and the leaders of tomorrow, and bring out their messages for the world to hear and remember.

My clients hail from tech, nonprofit, finance, healthcare and family business sectors, and have gotten promotions, amazing business and career turnarounds, coveted jobs and more.

I have given speeches for over 20 years, run workshops, been featured on panels and international television.

I believe your business and employees, customers and managers, all share a lot in common. Let me help you Communicate Your Business and transform it into a Culture of Speak.

How to Learn Your Leadership Style (And then Lead)

Deep dive into your leadership style - the one that comes best to you and works best for your team and company. Discover it, perfect it and wield it on your way to the top of the food chain.

You will learn:
What kinds of leaders exist
Where each kind of leader is best suited
How to craft your own style and blend

Outcomes:
No one will ever refer to you as a boss again.
No one will skip your meetings or 'forget' to reply to your emails.
People will love to work with you (and you'll start to love work again).

Speak like you mean it: Your 5 steps to Authentic Speaking

No one likes a 'crafted' or 'rehearsed' speech.
People like it to be raw, real, truthful and yet sensitive.

That's a lot to balance!

What if I told you that the real speaker is waiting within you to be unleashed?

In this session you will learn:
How to project your voice and make people hear you (literally)
How to bring the heavy with your grammar (simple just works.)
What values you should or shouldn't convey in speeches
The words you should and shouldn't use to convey your values
What to leave people with so they just have to have more of it.

Remember - values are the key guiding principles. If you have the right values and make them clear, you know where you're going, and so does your audience. And if you do this well, they will follow you.

Culture Talks: How to build a Culture of Communication

This really shouldn't be a single talk, but let's try to give at least a taste.

Ok - your company members get along relatively well, the numbers are met relatively well, and the turnover is relatively manageable.

Nothings wrong, right?

Wrong.

"Relatively well" means that each person or team is somewhat siloed - not truly connected, not exactly on the same page, and not heading in the same direction with the same momentum.

In this talk you will learn how to:
Find the gaps in your work culture before they cost you
Be proactive in training out unproductive behaviors
Institute a personal authentic style that gets people to open up
Pick smart policies that don't let messaging fall through the cracks, and
Make your people as passionate about your company as you are
