My name is Aristos Michalis, and I've devoted the past 3 years of my life to delving into personal development and self-improvement. I find people fascinating, and there's nothing more exciting to me than knowing what makes us tick. The secret to our success is often times us if we allow ourselves to get out of our own way. In short, I break down the means for success using methods from mentors, and how to break fixed mindsets to build purpose, beliefs, and to make a life out of living.
My family never truly had money. Our Christmas mornings were somber, and usually filled with apologies, not presents. We struggled through most of my childhood, and when my family broke apart leaving myself, my brother, and my mother, I knew I had to make a difference by being the difference. I caddied from the age of 11 to make ends meet, but realized in my early 20's the hidden vault of value locked away within the minds of those I caddied for. I even more excitedly realized that the quality of our life is directly proportional to the quality of questions that we ask, and the courage we possess to ask them. My life began to transform when I decided to remake myself into the person I not only desire to be, but the person I deserve to be.
I began making content on Instagram to build an audience, and over the past two years, built an audience of 50k followers by delving into personal development through a candid lens, and helping people achieve lasting results by helping them realize they are the author of their own story. My content has inspired tens of thousands, and saved the lives of several young men, which showed me that I am on the right path.
I wrote an E-Book (SH1FT) on the five fundamental truths I have found within Neuroscience, Psychology, and my own personal experiences, to completely shift your mindset into one that serves you. A mindset that allows you to grow and flourish by seeing the world through a different lens. (This book is available for free directly through my Instagram @AristosMichalis)
To become who you want to be, you must be who you want to become. As you're reading this you might find yourself reflecting on your hidden potential, and I'd implore you to do so. There is an infinite amount potential locked away in the vault that is your mind- you simply need the right tools to tap into it, as a surgeon requires a scalpel, not a buzz saw.
