Women in Business and Entrepreneurship

Building the mind, heart and faith of the entrepreneurs to think big and dream bigger. Adressing the SDGs and the role of women as key players in the various ecosystems. Provide stats and implementation points for women to find their purpose and action it. Support the skill of strategizing and working on the business. EQ builder. Help women build character and willing nature to boost their business starting with themselves. Drive business as a force for good. Shatter the glass ceiling that hinders women when it comes to decision making. Applying leadership traits that enable women to serve as leaders and managers. Use nuggets from the SHE-EO and Female Leader Program we designed to streamline thinking and implementation. Getting women to overcome fears and get more tech savvy. Run workshops and masterclasses in this regard aswell.

EQ for Leadership, performance and work ethic

Approaching EQ in 3 ways:
[1]to challenge and shape the current behaviors,
[2]to build EQ into desired outcomes
[3]to initiate effective leadership traits in the future.

Helps people grasp the ability to manage their own emotions, and recognize the emotional needs of themselves and those around them. It is also developed to assist people in working with a demanding person or role, turbulent changes in the workplace and unexpected problems and successes while keeping a level head and a self-confident attitude.

This EQ talk/workshop will equip people with surprisingly simple, yet effective ways to deal competently with current and future issues in the workplace. They will determine their own level of EQ, and receive skills and techniques for managing themselves in an EQ astute manner, for the ongoing success of their professional career and personal lives. EQ will help them choose their battles wisely, behave assertively and confront sticky situations with confidence.
