Bio

Tony is now a nationally recognized leader, speaker and trainer. At his day job, he is devoted to the education community, skillfully leading a team of 350 people.

Tony helps educators, businesses, and individuals who want to have stronger and more committed teams understand how to unlock their teams' potential to achieve a more collaborative environment resulting in an increased bottom line.

He rebuilt his life and uses his experiences to encourage others that the real battle is not the outside forces that try to destroy us, it's the one within.

Tony has a Master’s in education, has taught every grade K-12, started his own successful Janitorial business in college, and has 17 years of service with the National Guard. For a time, he was a single parent raising his daughter and juggling life work to give his daughter a stable home life.
