Ann Canfield, M.S.

Ann Canfield has been coaching in a business setting for over 20 years helping employees and teams to be the best they can be at work. Ann has a Master’s degree in Behavior Analysis and Therapy and is a certified Life Coach.

Ann has been working with young adults in several industries including marketing, sales, customer service, accounting and manufacturing. Ann has also worked with manufacturing apprentices and taught community college. Ann has created curriculum and taught the following courses online: interviewing skills, public speaking and confidence building strategies. Ann has been in Toastmasters and competed in the International Speech Contest for the Area in Connecticut. Ann is an active member of Women in Manufacturing and Thrive Church.

Ann enjoys nature photography, hiking and exploring the Northeast when weather permits. Her mission statement is to be better today than yesterday but not as good as tomorrow.
