He began his career as Head of the Quant Team at Cattolica Assicurazioni, Italy’s largest insurance company, trading derivative instruments and managing a portfolio of hedge funds. As the Founder and Managing Director of Lisi Quant Analysis, Andrea delivers macro-economic research and real asset investment strategies to empower wealth management firms, financial advisors, and retail investors. Lisi Quant Analysis also delivers procurement optimization and supply chain risk management services, focusing on cost reduction and strategic sourcing for capital-intensive industries. He has worked in Italy, Germany, Mexico, and the USA, holding senior roles at MKS Instruments, ESAB, and Federal-Mogul, where he oversaw billions in supply-chain spend, led transformative commodity strategies, and achieved significant cost savings.
A Chartered Financial Analyst, Andrea is a LinkedIn Top Voice in Finance & Economics with a 34,000-strong following and serves on the Board of Directors for the Traverse City Economic Club. He holds a Master’s in Quantitative Methods for Finance and a Bachelor’s in Financial Intermediary Economics, both from Verona University, and is fluent in five languages.
