Driven by a passion for impact and innovation, Amy Yee is an experienced senior digital leader with over 8 years in Chief Digital and Chief Transformation roles. In these roles, Amy led enterprise-wide change, orchestrating identification, procurement and implementation of new technology, processes, teams and skillsets to drive business value and future growth. Amy has a proven track record in leading digital product development and launches, transforming infrastructure and cybersecurity, and implementing major enterprise platforms.

Amy’s experience includes building a consulting practice focused on human-centered design and digital strategy for Fortune 500 companies, as well as founding and leading at tech start-ups and contributing to venture capital initiatives with one of Canada’s top private tech investment firms. Amy has deep leadership experience in healthcare, cybersecurity, human-centered design, and digital transformation, and is recognized internationally as a speaker and podcaster – currently the host of “Wired for Change” – a weekly podcast about digital impact and transformation. Amy has spoken across Canada and the US, as well as internationally in Japan, Australia, UK, and Chile.

Amy also has over 20 years of combined experience on non-profit boards including the advisory board of Systems and Engineering at Carleton University and the board of directors at Kemptville District Hospital. Amy has been recognized with the Forth under 40 award.
