Ambra Watkins

We live in a time of rapid, unprecedented change, and Ambra has devoted her career to helping people successfully navigate that change to 1) optimize individuals' health and happiness, and 2) to maximize companies' ability to meet strategic goals. Ambra has more than fifteen (15) years of experience managing complex programs across a variety of industries, many of them involving transformational change. In 2016, she wrote the international bestseller Escape from Dark Places: Guideposts to Hope in an Age of Anxiety & Depression to help change the way society stereotypes people with mental health disorders. Most recently, she created and launched Dialog Magazine® — the place where generations converge to explore multiple perspectives on big life questions — promoting understanding, empathy, and happiness.
