Personal Details

Bio

Respect, optimism and advocacy are at the core of my work. In my private practice, my goal is to help clients effectively manage painful emotions and educate them to respond to difficult situations, thereby leading to a healthier, happier life. As a queer woman of color, I strive to help shape a society in which marginalized communities can have equity and flourish. During my workshops and conferences, I aspire to create a safe, positive space that fosters and promotes personal growth and self-exploration.
