Allisha Minor-Gaines by education is a Master's level Marriage & Family Therapist who owns and operates her own private practice. Transitioning to a Motivational Influence & Coach focusing on helping couples improve their relationships by identifying the stressors in their relationships and marriages through her new company "Allishaz Distractions LLC". With her own relationship experiences and educational background, she aspires to help couples strengthen their connections to have healthier longterm satisfaction in their relationships and marriages. Allisha is a wife, mother, author, and entrepreneur along with holding other degrees and certifications in business, mental health, relationships, art therapy, and mixology.

Carver Morning Pathways

Participate in the Carver High School of Engineering and Science Morning Pathways on February 14, 2024 for 10th - 12th grade students. The purpose of speaking at Morning Pathways was to address students social-emotional needs in relation to healthy and unhealthy relationships.

Healthcare & Human Services Career Panel

This was a career panel with various professionals within the healthcare and human services field speaking to teens to provide insight to various careers. My role was to provide information around being a Marriage & Family Therapist and Motivational Influence/Coach and how I overcame life and relationship issues while navigating my career and businesses.
