Alice Kennon is the Head of Operations & Capital Formation at Invidia. Ms Kennon joined the Firm in February 2024.
Ms. Kennon began her career at Merrill Lynch in London after earning her B.A. in Economics from the University of Durham in England.
Before her tenure at Invidia, Ms. Kennon was a Managing Director, overseeing West Coast and SouthWest Prime Sales at Jefferies. In this role, she primarily collaborated with funds within the healthcare sector, spanning hedge funds, cross-over funds, long-only funds, and family offices during pre-launch phases and established fund statuses. Before her time at Jefferies, Ms. Kennon held various positions at Bank of America Merrill Lynch, including Prime Sales, Business Consulting, and Capital Introductions. Her responsibilities encompassed advising funds at every stage of their life cycle and liaising with service providers and limited partners across the United States and Europe.
