Bio

An entrepreneur, a motivational speaker, certified effective business writer, and blogger, Alice Dele has committed herself to guide others towards greater fulfillment in their lives. She serves as a mentor to young women nationwide, emphasizing the viability of their dreams and the enormity of their potential.

Alice was born and raised in Rhode Island, but she can draw a direct line between a single event in 2016 and her life today: the death of her best friend, Jasper Williams.

After losing Jasper, Alice she faced many obstacles, she became more aware and more intentional in her life than she had ever been before, taking on leadership roles in her community and even launching her own nonprofit to teach young people about recognizing God’s calling for them.

Struggling through self-image issues and a long-term toxic relationship, Alice knows the power that is within each person and just how incredible life can become once you embrace freedom and an attitude of fearlessness. She is passionate about pointing people toward their true identities and purposes in Christ. In her free time, she enjoys hanging around with her family and traveling.

Mask Off

Who do you want to be? Every day students live behind a mask and never discover who they are. This course teaches students how to yield results mentally consistently, academically, and relationally. Mask off will help you unlock your potential and remove mental blocks to success.

Glow In The Dark

This presentation teaches how to get over the past and build a bright future. Students will learn how to discover their identity and purpose to make an impact in their community, state, and nation. Seasons change, and so does our life, and we must learn to embrace what's next in our life. The problem is, so few of us know how to pivot strategically – especially when the world around us doesn't immediately embrace who we believe we're becoming. In this upbeat session, participants will learn how to define their purpose, ditch any thought of comparison, and draft a new life vision for themselves.

Letters To Young Girls:

This small group workshop empowers young girls to live confidently, support one another, and become leaders. This class will give girls the support mentally, and safe space they need to express their everyday concerns. As a young girl who dealt with low self-esteem, msaliceinpires can be the relatable, trustworthy, and compassionate voice who yields results. At the end of each class, girls will walk away with a written letter of empowerment and daily charge that reminds them daily to be the best version of themselves.
