Alexander Dodig

Alexander is a Designer, Researcher and Coach at Me & Company. He has worked with teams in various industries – such as automotive, banking, commerce and publishing – and helped them create new businesses, design products and services or reshape their ways of working. He has also spoken at several Conferences and Meetups and hosted workshops for up to 100 people.

Originally trained in communication design at Bergische Universität Wuppertal, he joined Me & Company in 2012 as first full-time employee and soon shifted his focus towards a holistic design approach. He is familiar with and works with many forms of human-centered design,

He is also an advocate for intrapreneurship, sustainable corporate culture and lifelong learning. In private life, he supports the so called Third Wave Coffee movement. In his opinion it is a great blueprint for how common interest in quality and sustainability can result in improvements at all stages of production as much as in stronger relationships and better conditions for all stakeholders involved.

Me & Company is Germany's very first Customer Experience Agency. Founded in 2012, we currently count 15 experts ranging from business intelligence analysts to user interface designers.

Our mission: To support companies develop themselves in the three areas of Business Innovation (e.g. building new business units with frameworks such as Lean Startup and Design Thinking), New Work (e.g. implementing New Work systems using Scrum, Holarchy and more) and Audience Development (e.g. creating seamless brand experiences along the entire customer journey).

Why do we do this? A lot has changed for companies in the past few years. The world is getting faster. New technologies, new competitors, new customer expectations and new work habits are changing the rules of the game. We support companies remain competitive in the long-term. Depending on our clients' needs, we provide our expertise in the form of speeches, trainings, coaching, leading and consulting services.
