Alex Robinson is founder of Alex Robinson Wellness and holds an Advanced Diploma in Nutritional Medicine from the Australasian College of Natural Therapies (ACNT). She is also a 300 hour Vinyasa and Yin Certified Yoga Instructor. She is currently studying 3rd Age Woman Menopause Transition certification to further her skills in supporting clients going through peri to post menopause.
Alex has designed her nutrition and wellness business around the 3 Pillars of Health - Mental, Emotional and Physical, which need support from a robust nutritional platform. Having experienced and witnessed the combined healing power of Nutrition and Yoga, Alex is passionate about sharing strategies to help women navigate the hormonal phases of life. Her area of interest is women’s health and changing the culture around menopause in society. She is interested in educating and empowering individuals and businesses to support women in the workplace through workshops, online events and policy design.
Alex is available for clinical consultations, corporate training and loves participating in collaborative wellness and public speaking events.
