I am an adult education expert who aligns career development, organizational effectiveness, and workplace training and development with the strategic objectives of the business. I partner with the executive team to provide leadership on identifying training needs, establishing the framework for learning and development, and delivering training that supports performance excellence.
I am strongly positioned to oversee design, development, implementation, and delivery of training content, as well as develop and lead a team of instructional designers and training facilitators. I offer 20+ years’ military and civilian experience. Currently I'm with Touro University Worldwide, teaching graduate-level courses in communication, leadership and instructional design. I also serve as Education Specialist with the US Army.
The true value I offer is my record of advocacy for organizational development and cultural change. I understand the processes and tools required to capture and leverage intellectual assets, then position individuals and teams to work collaboratively to improve organizational effectiveness.
